What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided rest practice. You don’t need to stop thinking. You don’t need experience. You just need to lie down and listen to my voice.

In 30 minutes, I will guide  your nervous system from sympathetic overdrive (hi, stress) into a deeply restorative state, where your body repairs, your brain consolidates, and your thinking gets sharp again.
