Since all movement starts in the brain, it’s the key to improving how we move. Neurocentric training helps enhance your movement, manage pain, and lower the risk of injury. In my practice, I combine yoga with specialized exercises for your vision, balance, body awareness, and breath—giving you a more powerful and balanced body that moves with ease.

  • What Is Somatics?

    Somatics is an approach that focuses on the mind-body connection. It’s about paying attention to how you move, feel, and sense your body, which helps you become more aware of yourself. This awareness brings unconscious thoughts and feelings into focus, giving you more control over how you move, think, and live. 

  • What Is EFT Tapping?

    EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a science-backed tool to reduce stress and calm your nervous system. It involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a thought or feeling. This technique is similar to acupuncture but without needles. It helps ease emotional tension, reduce the body’s stress response, and over time, supports the brain in changing old patterns of thinking and reacting. EFT helps you respond to challenges with more calm and clarity.
