You’re driven, capable, and really good at pushing through. But somewhere along the way, your body started paying the price (the tension, the brain fog, the feeling that you’ve got nothing left).

I help high-achieving women feel strong, flexible, calm, and energized again. Through yoga and a toolkit of techniques most people have never tried but wish they’d found sooner.

And I know exactly what that feels like. I went from overwhelmed and exhausted working mum to a woman who feels powerful, focused, and grounded. And I’ve made it my mission to help you get there too.

If you are curious how I got there...

When my eldest son was one, I was trying to be perfect at everything (corporate career, motherhood, relationship, and a second Master’s degree) all at the same time. I didn’t sleep enough, I didn’t stop, and I definitely didn’t think about my body.

Until my body started thinking for me: lower back pain, heart racing, unable to relax or switch off. I tried jogging, the gym, CrossFit, but nothing clicked. I was still in my head, just in a different location.

Then I accidentally walked into a seriously challenging Ashtanga class. And for the first time in years, I couldn’t think. I was too busy trying not to fall over (which, honestly, is a form of meditation nobody talks about).

I started practicing regularly, then daily, then trained as a teacher, and over time I added brain-based tools, somatic work, and EFT tapping, because I realised yoga was just the beginning. The real shift was learning to work with my whole system: body, mind, and the brain running the show.

Now? I’m nicer after yoga. That’s it. That’s the whole transformation. (It’s also on my T-shirt.)
